We always had issues with double and triple entry and trying to find out where jobs were. No more!!! Workflow max is a godsend and I would give it a try. The biggest feature it has over any other system is that you can literally take a job from lead through billing and not have to re-enter anything. Also you can apply templates for quotes and jobs that contain all the pricing, costs, and stages associated.
